UPDATE (8:10 p.m.) The CHP Santa Barbara says they were unable to locate the driver; it's possible the driver corrected themselves and are out of the wrong lane.

According the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page (CAD), CHP Santa Barbara is responding to reports of a wrong way driver on US 101 South Bound/Refugio State Beach.
The CAD says the driver is going northbound in the southbound lanes, almost colliding with several vehicles.
They advise to be cautious if using 101 southbound from Gaviota.
